In March 2026 the European Commission issued a preliminary finding under the Digital Services Act about protecting minors, which is not a final judgment. LiveJasmin

Run by Luxembourg companies JWS Americas and JWS International, with performer ID and age checks. On 7 August 2025 Luxembourg's regulator ALIA fined the two providers €20,000 over insufficient age verification. Cookie controls may use viewing history to personalise suggestions, and data erasure is available in Privacy Settings, subject to legal retention.

The difference: Stripchat's flags are an older breach and a preliminary EU finding; LiveJasmin's is a completed fine. Neither is a clear safety gap.
