Requesting a refund

If you were charged by mistake, reach out through the in-app contact form within a few days of the charge. Since paid tiers here are priced lower than average, most refund requests are resolved quickly and don't require extensive back-and-forth.

Refunds follow the terms of service in effect at the time of purchase and are handled faster the sooner you report the issue after the charge appears.
