Reporting a problem or bug

Use the in-app contact form for anything from a broken feature to a concern about a response your companion gave. Screenshots help a lot -- include the approximate time it happened and what you were doing right before, since that makes it much faster to reproduce and fix.

For account security concerns specifically (suspicious login activity, a compromised password), mention that explicitly in the subject line so it gets prioritized ahead of general feedback.
