Managing your subscription

You can view and change your current plan from Account Settings > Subscription. From there you can upgrade immediately, or schedule a downgrade to take effect at the end of your current billing period so you don't lose access to time you've already paid for.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not end your current billing period early -- you keep paid-tier access until the period you already paid for ends, then your account reverts to the free tier automatically. You do not need to contact support to cancel; it's a self-service action in account settings.
